Die Praxis Lorch hat sich das Ziel gesetzt, eine Bildungspraxis (Praxis für Aus, Fort- und Weiterbildung) zu werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Praxis Lorch Ende 2022 bereits eine Kooperation mit dem Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis eingegangen. Zusätzlich ist eine Kooperation mit der Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt/Main in Planung.

„2035 werden in Deutschland rund 11.000 Hausarztstellen unbesetzt sein, fast 40 Prozent der Landkreise werden unterversorgt oder von Unterversorgung bedroht sein.“  Für den Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis wird bis 2035 ein Rückgang der niedergelassenen Hausärzte/Hausärztinnen von 12% geschätzt (Robert Bosch Stiftung, Studie „Gesundheitszentren für Deutschland“ des Berliner IGES Institut). Die hausärztliche Versorgungslage ist im Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis bereits jetzt schon prekär. Der Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis steht im Wettbewerb mit anderen Kreisen um den hausärztlichen Nachwuchs. Es stellt sich die Frage: Wie kann hausärztlicher Nachwuchs überhaupt rekrutiert werden und wie bleibt dieser Nachwuchs dann im RTK tätig?

Die Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung findet hauptsächlich in den Universitätskliniken und Krankenhäusern statt. Nur im Rahmen des Studiums gibt es Berührungspunkte mit der Hausarztmedizin. Durch ungünstige wirtschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen in der hausärztlichen Versorgung und durch Reduzierung der hausärztlichen Medizin auf ein Berufsfeld mit geringerem fachlichen Anspruch hat der Ruf der hausärztlichen Arbeit in der Ärzteschaft gelitten. Die hausärztliche Tätigkeit gilt als wenig attraktiv und ist dabei gleichzeitig in Inhalt und Form dem medizinischen Nachwuchs wenig bekannt.

Die Bildungspraxis Lorch möchte ein breites Angebot an Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung des medizinischen Nachwuchses in der Allgemeinmedizin anbieten. Es sollen dabei folgende Ziele erreichen:

Der medizinische Nachwuchs, der sich bereits für die Allgemeinmedizin entschieden hat, soll für den Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis als zukünftige Hausärzte gewonnen werden
Der medizinische Nachwuchs, der noch offen in der Wahl seiner Fachrichtung ist, soll für die Allgemeinmedizin gewonnen werden. Idealerweise soll damit eine Tätigkeit im Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis verbunden sein.
Erfahrene Ärzt:innen, die bereits eine Gebietsbezeichnung (Facharzttitel) führen, sollen für den Quereinstieg in die Allgemeinmedizin gewonnen werden.

Die Bildungspraxis Lorch soll dabei nicht nur den Nachwuchs für die Allgemeinmedizin rekrutieren, sondern auch Vorbildcharakter (Modell Bildungspraxis) für Praxen im Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis haben, damit auch an anderen Orten im Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis hausärztlicher Nachwuchs gewonnen werden kann. Damit dies gelingt, ist geplant, dass Bildungspraxis Lorch in Ihren Räumen unterschiedliche Lehrveranstaltungen zum Thema Allgemeinmedizin anbietet:

• Lehrveranstaltung für Studierende mit Problemorientierte, Lernen (POL) und Patientinnen
• Weiterbildungs- und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen für Weiterbildungsassistentinnen mit POL und Patientinnen

Unterschied zu herkömmlichen Lehr- und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen soll sein:

• Der Praxisort einer ländliche Allgemeinmedizinpraxis als einen attraktiven Ort des Lernens und damit auch Arbeitens darstellen.
• Die Veranstaltungen sollen einen Schwerpunkt in der Praxisorientierung mit einem sehr hohen Anteil an praktischer Tätigkeit haben. Frontale Lernvermittlung soll auf ein Mindestmaß reduziert bleiben und im zeitlichen Umfang deutlich unter dem praktischen Anteil liegen. Dies ist möglich durch die räumliche Struktur der Lehrpraxis: Ein Seminarraum liegt unmittelbar neben den Behandlungsräumen, in denen dann Patientinnen untersucht/“behandelt“ werden können. Durch ein an der praktischen Arbeit orientiertes Konzept und dem attraktiven Lernort soll die Allgemeinmedizin attraktiv gemacht werden. Die zusätzliche Botschaft ist, dass die die allgemeinmedizinische Praxis auf dem Land ein attraktiver Arbeitsplatz ist.

Zum 01.01.2025 wird Lothar Nies, der bisher bereits im Rahmen eines Minijobs in unserer Praxis tätig war und den Umbau der Praxis maßgeblich begleitet hat, die Praxis Lorch mit einer Vollzeitstelle verstärken. Seinen bisherigen Arbeitsplatz gibt er auf.

Herr Nies hat durch den Minijob das Arbeitsumfeld in unserer Praxis schätzen gelernt. Durch eine Schulung wurde Herr Nies intensiv auf seine Tätigkeit in der Praxis vorbereitet. Mit seinem Wechsel zu uns wird er mit seinem Fachwissen die Versorgungsstruktur in der Praxis Lorch verbessern.

Herr Nies wird Ihnen als Praxismitarbeiter am Empfang und am Telefon persönlich begegnen. Seine Schwerpunkte in der Tätigkeit werden die Abrechnung, das Patientenmanagement und die technische Koordinierung sein.

Im Hinblick auf die Hygienevorschriften haben wir unsere Geräte zur Sterilisation von medizinischen Besteck/Geräten verbessert.

Die Praxis Lorch verfügt nun über einen modernen Autoklaven (Sterilisator) der alle geforderten DIN-Normen erfüllt.

Weiterhin wurde ein neuer Ultraschall-Reiniger sowie ein Siegelgerät zum einschweißen der medizinischen Produkte beschafft.

Was ist ein Autoklave oder umgangssprachlich Sterilisator?

Beim Autoklavieren handelt es sich um einen normierten Entkeimungsprozess, bei dem Mikroorganismen und Keime durch eine Kombination von heißem Dampf und Unterdruck abgetötet und inaktiviert werden.

Auf die Frage: „Was ist ein Autoklav?“ kann also geantwortet werden, dass davon gasdicht verschließbare Druckbehälter umfasst sind, die zur Sterilisation verwendet werden.

Die Autoklav-Funktion kann darüber hinaus in mehrere Verfahren unterteilt werden, die einander nachgeschaltet sind. Sie machen die eigentliche Betriebszeit der Autoklav-Sterilisation aus und teilen sich in Entlüftung, Sterilisation und Trocknung.

das E-Rezept ist seit dem 01.01.2024  in Deutschland verpflichtend am Start. Die Anwendung läuft weitestgehend reibungslos.

Aus Gründen des Datenschutzes, der Organisation und des Wettbewerbsrechts haben wir uns deshalb entschieden, die Anforderung von Rezepten für Dauermedikamente in unserer Praxis zu ändern.

Ab sofort übermitteln wir keine Rezepte mehr an Apotheken.

Wenn Sie uns in Zukunft einen Rezeptwunsch übermittelt haben, können Sie am Folgetag mit Ihrer Gesundheitskarte (Krankenkassenkarte) in Ihrer Apotheke das Medikament erwerben. Ein Ausdruck des Rezepts erfolgt nur auf expliziten Wunsch und es kann dann am nächsten Tag in unserer Praxis abgeholt werden. Alternativ empfehlen wir die Nutzung der E-Rezept-App. Dies ist der bequemste Weg für die Nutzung des E-Rezepts.
